As the second wave of COVID-19 ravages through the country, people with comorbidities are at higher risk. This is because they may develop more severe symptoms and complications over a period of time. While there is a lot of information available across different sources, there are still questions that are being left unanswered.
The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has addressed some of these questions in it’s FAQ document. The document addresses questions around impact of COVID-19 on people with hypertension, diabetes, and heart diseases.
