Ubiqare is enabling Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) in Bangalore to manage COVID infections and home isolation of their residents who are identified as asymptomatic or mildly symptomatic. We are helping them build their own set-up to deal with COVID infection and provide them the clinical guidance for matters related to home isolation of their residents. We offer the residents and the RWAs our specialty tele-healthcare platform, medical teams, medical supplies (on purchase or rent), and supporting services.

We work closely with the RWA members and provide them practical guidance that they need. We answer questions relevant to their local conditions. Our medical team gives them the necessary clinical information to help them equip themselves better.

We become their channel for updates on guidelines issued by the government, for clinical advice, and borrow best practices from other RWAs of the city.

RWAs are advised to have medical supplies like masks and sanitizers, and equipment like pulse oximeter and digital thermometer available for their daily working staff. But it can be difficult to have all these sourced from single place. We help RWAs get these equipment and accessories within their premises through our partner network.

We also help RWAs rent equipment if they do not want to buy them. This way they can reduce their cost and still be well prepared.

Just having medical equipment like oxygen
concentrator in the premises does not suffice. These equipment need to be maintained on a regular basis and sanitized properly. The equipment accessories need to be replaced after use. Some bit of training is also needed to operate the equipment correctly.

We help RWAs by providing the necessary
maintenance for the equipment. We also train their designated team members on how to use the equipment.
